Submittal/Submittal Package Needs Attention Function

Submittal items and submittal packages should include a toggle labeled "Needs Attention". Once this toggle is turned on, this will send an automated email (choose frequency) to the assigned trade partner responsible for the submittal/package alerting them that their action is required. An example of this would be when a package comes back "Approved as Noted" or "Make Corrections Noted". Many trades feel this completes the submittal process. But if there is comments within that require additional items to be submitted this will prompt them to submit the additional info.
