Customize the project ribbon completely

Currently, you can only customize 3 out of the 4 sections completely in the Project Ribbon. The word 'owner' in the 'Owner' section cannot be customized currently. It would be nice to be able to customize all 4 so it can used to for other purposes than just project information or different types of project information you want displayed.
