Order of Add Link Options

Please maintain consistency between modules. The order of options when you add a link to a comment in RFIs and Submittal Packages do not match (see snip). And use the same icons or no icons at all (especially if you aren't going to have an icon for every module in the project menu bar on the left part of the screen)

Additionally, please allow drag and drop directly into the comment box. The majority of the time when creating an RFI or Submittal Package, uploading a file is the most common method of attaching things.
