Add setting to Security Role to enable users as TrimbleConnect Admins

Currently the only users that can modify permissions on folders created in the File Library of ProjectSight are Admins of TrimbleConnect. This is very confusing and a lot of maintenance when we have users switching roles and projects.

There should be a setting on the security role that will allow that role to modify permissions in the File Library.
