AI Charlie Improvements

Increase the functionality of Charlie (AI assistant). Currently Charlie only answers questions about ProjectSight. Please give Charlie a proper set of tools to integrate with my projects. Allow Charlie to have access to all data within a project so questions can be asked about anything from records, financials, files, etc.
