Downloading Records (Submittals, RFIs, etc)

When our team is trying to download our closeout submittals to submit as a thumbnail drive or separate link for clients, ProjectSight automatically labels the folders by the submittal number. We would prefer to have the option to have the folder labeled as the responsible company. Is there a setting that can be added? Or can the the function be added to download/nest the folders based on the set view?

    It looks like this option is available for drawings and other modules, so hopefully it can be a quick update for submittals.
