Drawing Panel - Stop list refresh

Change the left drawing panel list to remain static in it's position when a drawing is selected to be viewed. Selecting a drawing in the left panel will currently shift the selected drawing to the bottom of the screen forcing the user to scroll down on the list for the next drawing. It makes it difficult to maintain your place in the drawing list and when the user is trying to switch to drawings that are not before or after the currently viewed drawing.
