We do a weekly safety inspection in our checklists.

In each line, we can expand the line and put in details/photos, etc. We want to link a safety notice without having to copy all of the information already entered in the checklist item to create the safety notice. Is there another way to do this? We know we can use the link button to create one but can it copy the information?
