Contracts - Make Required Fields for Contract Types Different

Currently, the required fields for Subcontracts, Owner Contracts, Purchase Orders and Professional Services have to all be the same. Each type of contract is unique and needs to be presented in different ways. Having them all be the same and have the same fields and requirements limits the use of them in ProjectSight.
