Submittal Assignment Reviewer Workflow Merged

I would like to be able to assign/set an Approval flow in a distribution list or manually in a submittal or submittal package where the author would select a approval flow selector where there is a first reviewer/approver -> second reviewer/approver -> third reviewer/approver prior to it being resolved.

Real World Example - > As the GC I would like to send an electrical submittal (lighting) to the Architect -> THEN (once approved) to the Electrical Engineer for approval. Rather than sending it to both of them at the same time and either can approve. It needs to go to one THEN the other. The ability for that submittal to be rejected at the first approver is critical to come back to me the GC to save time in review of the electrical engineer in this case. The Electrical Engineer would be reviewing and approving a light that the architect didnt approve of to start with. This would be wasting time, and on a large project with hundreds of submittals could get messy and confusing.

Additionally, I would like to create distribution lists where these custom set Approval Flows can be added and be able to add preset courtesy copies within them to save time and effort of manually adding them each time and risk missing someone who needed the CC.
