Simplify Download of RFI or Submittal Documents. Don't assume everyone operates in your "interface" in the way you want them to. We cannot make a "record" of the Trimble interface when the project is over.

Part of the problem with this platform is it assumes you only work on the platform. Many companies don't. We attempt to download the RFI or Submittal, gather information from consultants, and then respond to the RFI, but our company requires a copy of the RFI on our machines. We won't be posting answers to Trimble other than to say, see the attached RFI. If I want to do it in this way the User Interface can be confusing. Just want the RFI or the submittal, don't want a bunch of check boxes or dialog boxes or etc. "See attached respone" is what your going to get out of me. BTW. i don't love this interface. When I open it, it generally is in some random submital or RFI and I have to hit "done or the return arrow to get to the main screen where I can then select RFI's or Submittals.
