Jobs / Projects should be able to marked as inactive.

Projects should be able to be marked as inactive for housekeeping reasons. We potentially add about 150 jobs per year to your list. Over the course of just 5 years the list of jobs showing up in our fields ipads to search and scroll through could or will be in the thousands. While I realize you can mark a project as complete, it still shows up on the field teams and customers websites and ipads.
