Contracts on App

Currently, my Superintendents have had a hard time viewing Contracts and POs on the App. They have to go through File Library, contract documents, click on the vendor number (which they don't know which belongs to whom) and download the contract. Can we add a line item in the PS app bar that gives them quicker access to view the subcontracts and POs? It is important that they see the scope of work as well as the required materials coming onsite.

    I'm voting in favor of adding direct contract visibility in the Project Sight app. A dedicated tab or line item in the app for Subcontracts and POs would significantly streamline this process. It’s crucial that field teams can quickly reference the scope of work and understand what materials are expected onsite. Improving this access would lead to better coordination, fewer delays, and greater accountability on the jobsite.

    This would be SUPER BENEFICIAL - since the Superintendents also control some of the Monies on the project it would allow them to monitor the budget especially for each sub. The scope of work that the sub will do on the project also needs to be monitored by them as well as ensuring that the correct material/quantity is delivered to site.

    Please add the ability to view the contracts/pos.
