Add Drawings Sets to Project Export options

Support has heard from multiple clients that they would like to be able to download drawings based on Drawing Sets. Currently the option in Project Export is to download all drawings. Downloading from the Drawing Set module will often time out if there are many drawings to download. It is time consuming to download in batches.
