User Preferences to Customize the Navigation Menu

I think the new menu could be improved with the following changes, as a new set of user preferences:

  1. Manual Sorting: Allow users to disable the top 5 automatic sorting and instead manually sort all of the records in the order they prefer.

  2. Show All Items: Allow users to always show all menu items, rather than hiding record types under the "more" button.

  3. Toggle Record Display: Allow users to toggle menu items off/on. Give users an option to go beyond their Security Role defaults and choose what is visible to them.

    Please also add the option to remove all the icons from the project menu. It's distracting visually when not all of the modules have an icon. And 100% STOP the auto top 5 sorting. It's infuriating to not know where the module is. Let each user manually sort and have it retain that ordering.

    Please also allow to mark favorite projects so they can appear first in the project list in the top toolbar.
