Add a Field for Participating Companies that works like Responsible Companies, but lets us add more than one.

We have use cases where certain people (owners, owner reps) want to see records but don't need to get all the notifications as Assigned or CC'd do. We can use Responsible Company to accomplish that, but only for one company. I would keep Responsible Company as is, because that helps us track who will do the submittal, but give us another field where we can allow other companies to see the record.
