Add "new activity" widget for Dashboard

It would be nice to have a widget that would direct users to the items with new activity, such as Issues with new comments, RFIs that changed status, etc. I realize that this list might be very long for some projects, so having the ability to say which items you want new activity listed for would be good (in some phases of the project I'm going directly to issues, but later in the project I want to see activity in punch list, etc). I always want to address comments/updates first.
