Lock pdfs after signatures added

After using the Fill and Sign options on a document to add a signature, if any user downloads the pdf, all editing is allowed, which enables a user the ability to change the content of the document.

If any user adds their signature using the Fill and Sign feature, that pdf needs to be secured to prevent anyone from modifying it outside of ProjectSight. In Bluebeam, this is accomplished by using Digital Signatures, but we want to avoid having to download, sign, upload, then next user repeat.
