Uploading Drawings & Drawing Sets

When uploading drawings/drawing sets, as of right now the "rules" are based off Group*, Number*, and Revision*. Ideally, when uploading drawing or drawing sets, the rules should be as follows: Group*, Number*, and Revision Date*. Revision dates should be taken into consideration/rule, as the software should recognize a later date as being CURRENT, and an older date as SUPERSEDED, regardless of when the drawing set was created.

As long as the drawing sets are uploaded, published, then closed and move on to the next drawing set, then the software should recognize dates.
