Submittal e-mail comments and attachments

Because on submittals they have the Documents for Review area it would help to keep it clear what is to be reviewed if when a contractor just replies to their e-mail notification for a submittal request and attaches their submittal documents there that when it comes into ProjectSight the attachments go into the Documents to Review area just like it would if they where to attach it within ProjectSight itself. Right now the attached documents go down into the comments area and the Documents for Review area stays blank. This is confusing to people.

    It would be great if the document for review was the only document that could be manipulated and each time a review, stamp, or status was changed to it; the document inside the 'Documents for Review' section was updated to the most current version and the previous version was saved in the comments for proper version control and tracking.
