Ability to store multiple pdf or jpeg custom stamps in the submittal markup tool, similar to Bluebeam

This tool is necessary to avoid having to export and re-upload submittals in order to attach a custom stamp. In the "custom stamp" tool there should be an option to simply upload a pre-existing file.

    The existing functionality is a good start but we need the ability to add a company logo or multi line text.
