Client wants to download a subset of records and attachments for a time frame

Currently there is a limitation of downloading sets of records and attachments. If the duration exceeds 15 minutes: it will time out (PS-43643). As a result an enhancement of project export was provided, but this does not offer the ability to download record sets such as timeframes. For example Month of January Daily Reports (and attachments). Otherwise the client has to download from the record list subsets of the records needed to complete the task. This would be a handy enhancement to the project export. Just for note the project export does put the attachments of each record into its own folder, so Daily Reports are kind of easy to break for the calendar period.
