Be able to copy sections of a previously completed checklist to a new checklist
For certain checklists like inspections where say a particular piece of equipment is inspected daily and there is certain information that would be repetitive from day to day like project number and equipment number it would save a tremendous amount of time if you could just copy that section from a previous checklist to the new checklist rather then have to re-enter everything. The capability would be similar to how sections of a daily report can be copied from a prior day. A practical example would be where our field personnel completing a paper form might complete the upper section of the form that will not change day to day and just make copies then complete the inspection questions each day. They don't like to have to enter repetitive information and we want them to spend as little time filling out forms and be able to focus their time on completing the work.
