Ability to limit feature access in portfolio settings. Currently, you can limit access to Manage Roles, Manage Users and Spec Sections. There is not a way to prevent users from accessing Report Settings,Record Settings,Budget & Cost Management, Lookup Lists, Companies, Spec Sections, External Links and Project Export.
