Please separate Create Users and Create Companies from requiring project and portfolio access
We do not want to give Project Settings and Portfolio Settings to our users but in order to add new users to a project, we have to give the Project Settings. If we want users to be able to import new users, we have to give them Portfolio Settings.
In order to give users access to create new companies, we also have to give them access to portfolio settings.
Now all of these users can change major settings which can cause major issues. I do not want to have to add all the users and companies for all of our projects as some projects get up to the hundreds with consultants. That should not be an IT role.
Also, we do not allow users to have access to every job so we can't make every manager a portfolio admin.
When you have roles that have project or portfolio settings access you no longer have the ability to add them as new users in the Project Users and must go to Portfolio users to add them.
The only solution for this is to had a checkbox specifically for creating companies and creating users but not enforce the full project or portfolio settings. This would then fix the issue of being able to add users that have roles with these settings set, in the project users.
