Notifications/Comments - Documents for Review

When a document for review is added unless a comment or a status is changed a notification email is not sent. Please allow the ability to add either a comment to the document for review or a notification to be issued once a document for review is added.

    This would be a very utilized enhancement to the Submittals. It would be great if the document for review was the only document that could be manipulated and each time a review, stamp, or status was changed to it; the document inside the 'Documents for Review' section was updated to the most current version and the previous version was saved in the comments for proper version control and tracking.

    This is very much needed on Submittals as the section "Documents For Review" and "attach files here" is very intuitive that the Trades need to use that section. However, when they do, no one gets notified. They would have to use that button, attach, then go down to the bottom and enter a comment. When they do it as 2 separate posts, their comment does not show below hte file they uploaded.
