Change Revision Numbers Retroactively

I should be able to change the revision number assigned to a set of drawings whenever I want, regardless of when the set was published. It should not matter if I published Revision 01 after Revision 02; I should be able to label each as revisions 01 and 02, respectively. Currently, if I were to upload Revision 01 after Revision 02, the system would automatically label Revision 01 as the 2nd. revision and Revision 02 as the 1st. revision. This hampers and unnecessarily difficultates my organization of drawings.
