Allow Blank Filter Values for Import Modules to Update Missing Fields on just those records

A lot of the time we are using the Import/Export to update existing records. If many records are missing a value (Type of Company on the Companies form) the only way to update just these companies is to export everything, adding a lot of unneeded updates. Also when there are many records, sometimes the update fails or times out.


This would be helpful in any module that allows updates.
