Currently a photo or other attachment can be uploaded in the notes section. It would be nice if there were a separate section specifically for photos.
To take it one step further, it would be nice if that photo section was linked to the Photos module and the system automatically creates folders and named it as that date of the daily report. Basically the same functionality as all the other modules creating folders for attachments uploaded to other records in the file library.
I would add to this section the ability to have the pictures be resized to 2-4 per page (if wanted). The photos currently print as a full page in the PDF report. It would be great to have a smaller picture and the title or description for each picture in the daily report. Our inspectors sometimes have 50 pictures and that adds up when they are included as a single sheet.
There has to be a way to have Photos already uploaded accessible for all parties to review or use when creating new RFI, Action Items, etc. This feature is a must.
I think is would be nice to in many items like the daily log, issues, safety notices to have the ability to take a photo in the app in the form I am filling out. Not just upload it after the fact.
