Contact Entry - "Crew" Default Value

When entering new contacts, they are assigned a default selection of "N/A" under the "Crew" column.

This automatically adds them to the list of workers that show up in the Labor tab.

ProjectSight should make it so that this "Crew" default value can be toggled between blank & N/A in the Portfolio settings.
