Message and Response from Subcontractors (RFQ from PCO)

ProjectSight needs a front-end to PCOs to allow us to collaborate with subcontractors about potential changes that may impact their costs or timing. A common use case is Construction Bulletins. We need to send a message to any subs that may be impacted and we require a response as to whether they require a change request or to confirm they are not impacted. Using our project management web collaboration tool to collaborate in this way would be very helpful.

    We have attempted this by adding subs into their line on a PCO and adding our request for pricing as a comment there, then assigning that line to our contact(s) at that subcontractor. This triggers an email that they can respond to and reply with their pricing/quote, and we can keep it all in one place.
