Allow Budget Code Group Configuration for Vista Integrated Phase Codes
Vista does not have any groupings for Phase codes so we've had to use a phase mask that incorporates the division, phase and category into a single phase code separated by a delimiter (Vista allows periods or dashes). For example: 02.02123.01 is a phase code.
Because of the ERP integration we cannot setup Group 1 to be Division, Group 2 to be Phase and Group 3 to be Category, severely limiting the Budget Screen capabilities and have to rely on custom reports for the groups but this is what we already do in Vista.
The Groupings in ProjectSight should allow us to carve out the groups from existing phase codes versus creating the phase codes from existing Groups. This could be a setting on the Portfolio so if it's ERP enabled, allow this feature and if not, no change to existing grouping features.
