Please add PM Firms to the Vista ERP Integration to Companies
We use a lot of companies that are not AR Customers or AP Vendors in Vista (Consultants, Architects, Subcontractors not yet awarded jobs, Owners as AR Customers are not the same legal name as Owner Name).
Because not all our projects are in ProjectSight and we have been using Vista for so long, we have to manually import all of these then keep adding manually as we go (as we can have the same consultant on a job in ProjectSight that they might be in ProjectSight on other jobs in Vista). We have to also keep adding all the contacts manually.
If you can add the SynctoProjectSight checkbox on that form, we can tell it which ones to grab, along with all the contacts on it.
Also, since Vista does not have AP Vendor Contacts (those are actually setup in PM Firm Contacts for each vendor), we have to manually add all our Vendor contacts or try and import them manually.
I completely agree. With the contact names stored under PM Firms rather than AP Vendors, the ability to synchronize a firm along with any or all of its associated contacts would significantly improve efficiency. This functionality would eliminate the need for manual entry and result in substantial time savings.

We are new users to ProjectSight, have been using Team for 3 years now. Team's integration regarding contacts was laborsome if any user accidentally added mis-keyed the email address etc. But the fact that ProjectSight does not integrate the Firm Contacts is A NIGHTMARE.
I totally agree with this especially with all the contact names being in PM Firms and not AP Vendors. The time it would save if we could check to sync that firm along with any or all of the contacts vs having to enter them manually is immense.
