Create a Project from the Template project by default

Can we add a feature so you can default the template project to be preselected in the create project screen, I have attached a screenshot for reference.

    Portfolio level template by default instead of the opposite should just be how it works. It makes the most common sense

    Another idea that should just be the default setting. If you don't want to clone the template then you should have to make that change on the drop down. not the drop down everytime.
