Add an option to email a specification section as an attachment.

Currently if you attempt to email a Specification you can only email a report of the specification. You have to do a manual workaround of downloading the Specification separately and email that separately. It would be better if you could attach the actual Specification to the report/email. Please add this for a better user experience.
