Color-Coded Status In Grid Views

In records that have grid views, such as Submittals inside a Submittal Package, it would be great to have color-coded statuses. Just bring in the same color-coding that we would see from the panel view when viewing the submittal itself, into the grid view. Ideally, I think this would be a background color fill of the entire cell, maybe with a little padding around all sides.
