For submittal tracking add a batch edit to move all start dates when the schedule shifts.

Instead of changing the “Start Date” on each submittal item based of the new schedule start date, add a way to say that the whole schedule was delayed 10 days, so all the submittals with a “Start” date will adjust 10 days therefore pushing the “Due Date”.
