Updated Bond Amounts when an Increase of Surety is issued.

Currently there is a spot within "additional information" tab in the "Contracts" module to state what the original bond amount is. However, there is no place to input current bond amount when an increase of surety is issued. The only place to input this information is within an subcontract change order (SCO) and needs to be entered every time a SCO is written. This causes a lot more input than what should be required.

There should be a location under original bond amount to input an increase of surety for bond amounts that then pulls to any reports. This way the user only needs to input original and current bond values in one location, not requiring bond information to be inputted on every SCO.
