Turnaround time for Submittals

Per documentation the turnaround time is based on the created and resolution date. This calculation doesn't work for us as we create the submittal records in advance of receiving the actual documents.

It would be better if the calculation could be setup by the user selecting any of the date field available on the submittal record (or better: any date field including custom date fields ;)

    It would be helpful to have an auto generated "Submitted Date" once assigned to a contact, similar to the auto generated "Date Resolved."
