Tax Options for POs

We have customers who use General Invoice 01 against a PO to pay a deposit but do not pay tax on the deposit. They need to collect the full tax on subsequent GIs. Currently this is not possible with the way tax works. You must forgo using the tax capability and add it as a line item within the SOV.
