Submittal Number Field is not Sorting Correctly

This is not an idea for a future update, but instead a bug in the software that needs to be corrected. The sort by Submittal Number needs leading zeros to sort correctly. When sorting on the submittal number it jumps from 100 to 1000. If it were 0100 instead of 100 by using the leading zero, it would sort correctly.
