Submittal Approval Workflow Needed Merged

We need a similar approval hierarchy that ProCore uses for Submittals. You assign a Submitter with a due date, but then you need to setup approvers in a specific order or approvals with their own dates (say structural must go first, then mechanical, then some optional approvers then finally the overall approver being the architect. Only the final approver can change the status of the Submittal to Approved/Rejected but each consultant needs to go first.
