Specification Sets - Additional Pages

When creating a Drawing Set you have the ability to add additional PDFs after the Set is created but with Specification Sets, you can only add multiple files at the initial screen. Users are requesting to have the same ability to add additional files after the set has been created within the Specification Sets.
