Specification Section Field needs better functionality. Make Specification Section not a System Required Field for Submittal Packages.

The Specification Section of Submittals and Submittal Packages is very clunky and hard to use. It doesn't function like the rest of the fields (tab skips the field entirely so you have to click on it, then it doesn't automatically place the cursor in the search field you have to click on it or use the hierarchy to select your Specification Section). There are plenty of times the spec section you are looking for isn't even listed, so having an option to add specification sections on a project level by user roll would be nice. This field is such a burden, I want to make it optional, but it is a system required field. At least having the ability to not require this field would be good, but redesigning the ease of use for the Specification Section Field would be ideal.
