Specification Management - Configurable Character Count

Companies need the ability to set the character limit for Specifications. The number of characters in a specification is not always consistent with the construction CSI Code format. FF&E Specifications are consistent and tracked the same but the number of characters could be different than a standard CSI Code. Having the ability to set the character limit at the project level would give the flexibility needed to accomplish this and still use the Specification Management features.
