Security Option to modify records only by participating company

Currently security settings only allow to either enable/disable create/modify records. If we want to give contractors the ability to create RFIs in PS they automatically can modify every RFI that is shared and not yet locked in the system.

We would like to be able to limit that to participating companies only while allowing everyone to see/be aware of the RFI

    Another way to accomplish this is in suggestion PSW-I-3467 - 'Share with Entire Project (Locked Records Only'. We really could use both of these until you can implement actual ball-in-court if-then workflow.
