SCO Numbering By Contract

SCO's should be numbered automatically by contract and not cumulatively. Makes no sense that the first SCO for a sub would be SCO 004 and not SCO 001 for that sub. I understand that you can turn off auto numbering, but this should be the default for auto.

    I agree. The numbering makes no sense and is very confusing for our project teams. Also, now that SCOs integrate it pulls this number into Vista and generates on reports (SL Subcontract Status Report). We also use Textura and are having issues with this number pulling into COs on the billings in Textura, causing lots of confusion for our subs and project managers.
