Save Summary Logs to the File Library

Enhancement description:

Allow users to save summary logs to the file library.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Allow users to save summary logs to the file library without having to download and then upload them.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?

It takes a lot of extra time to do it now.

Suggested implementation:

Allow users or admins to define a summary log location or have a default file library location for summary logs for each record type in the file library. Maybe File Library\RFIs\Summary Logs\. Then, each log could be saved with the date + report name as the title in YYYY-MM-DD format.
