RFI Question Entry Field Size

Enhancement description:
On the RFI full form, make the question field larger by default or expandable, similar to the comment field.

What are we trying to accomplish?
Make it easier to enter our questions.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?

On longer questions, it's hard and time-consuming to scroll through the text we've entered to make sure it is accurate and formatted correctly.

Suggested implementation:

Make the field larger by 2-3x and add a handle so that users can expand it further, if necessary. Or, make it automatically expand to fit the text entered.
