Retainage rounding in Application for Payment is not following standard rounding at .5 cents.

Our complex Banker's rounding for retainage calculations after saving a record calculates at times off by a penny. This seems to be particular to half cents when the result is rounded down. Please consider using standard rounding with 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 to round up, or provide an option to enter manually the amount for clients.
